Very bad
Negative: On arrival was told, after several attempts to make contact (Number giver line dead) finally found out from property owner the property was no longer available

Negative: Idiot Host, cancelled late in the day without notice, had to pay over the odds for a Hotel

Stranded in London, no help from booking.com
Positive: Property clean modern and comfortable
Negative: Couldn't gain access to the property on the 3rd night as the locks had been changed due to a legal dispute between owners , i had to arrange other accommodation as we where stranded at night in London. Booking.com done absolutely nothing to help us out

Negative: La propreté ( micro ondes, vitres, murs, sol sales), le jardin annoncé qui n’est qu’une surface de terre avec des cochonneries dessus ( cintre, capsule de café, mégots, morceaux de plastique, objets non identifiés), lave vaisselle non vidé ….
La réponse de l’établissement : ce n’est que de l’usure normale !
