Property isn’t as it’s stated on booking.com if u want to freeze to death book away 🥶🥶🥶 Positive: The location and the the fact it had a driveway to park vehicle. Negative: The fact that their was no central heating & hot water through out the property was the main & required issue and concern for our 4-5 day stay especially having our 5small kids with us was extremely tough. They don’t have radiators in the property only underlay from floor boards as very poor, insufficient and really bad method of central heating throughout the whole property. We felt ripped off and as if we are staying in a morgue/graveyard. We arrived into the property on Wednesday midnight we went back out to see the fireworks display and spend time with family arrived back into the property after 1:30pm to find out we were lied to and actually kept in the dark about this property, the whole house was beyond freezing cold No central heating or hot water till 3pm we tried so hard for our kids As they aware so cold but had no luck and had to get them in cold beds until morning go to get in touch with landlord’s / Booking.com to get it sorted. I messaged the No on the booking site and had response from the letting owners who showed empathy at the start and said will try and get and engineer out asap and I suggested them to get some temporary heating out to keep us all warm in the meantime but that was ignored as after an hour and half the engineer came out empty without temporary heaters and tried for over 1 hour and half but the central heating was closed off and couldn’t get the heating working at all and said because he has to check few other property maintenance issues he would return back over 2hrs to see if he could get it to work but before he left our property bless him he called and spoke to the letting owners informed them property was very cold and he couldn’t fix the issue with central heating to work and demanded them to get temporary heaters immediately in the mean time as they have small kids and they all are freezing away. Unfortunately no one returned after 2 and half hours landlords stopped responding so we had to report to booking.

Positive: La ubicación era ideal para nosotros, muy cerca del aeropuerto, y los varios viajes al centro de Londres (Tower Bridge) en coche fueron relativamente más rápidos de lo esperado. El mobiliario y la distribución de las habitaciones eran excelentes y muy cómodas. Nos sentimos como en casa. Fue muy fácil contactar con el anfitrión incluso antes de nuestra llegada y nos proporcionó información completa con antelación. Negative: Nada

Positive: Perfect place everything as in the description. great communication 5 🌟 for me

Positive: It was new and clean. Negative: There where no Hot Water .
