Noisy neighbours Positive: The location is good and it was clean. Negative: I was told on the day that the property I was staying at had been damaged and this was a mixup. Luckily the cleaner had let us in. The evening was ruined by the very noisy neighbours banging and shouting for most of the night.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Positive: Do not book here. We were unable to access the property and the owner was very unresponsive. The lockbox code didn’t work and a neighbour came out and said this happens all the time. We tried contacting the owners to check the code. They eventually responded with a short response saying it was correct but it still would not work. They would not answer my calls so we had to find alternative accommodation and have not been able to get a refund. Absolutely appalling behaviour. Negative: Didn’t get to see inside as couldn’t get in. Owner did not respond and wouldn’t give a refund.

Positive: The whole house was lovely Negative: I would like to add that the neighbours at number 450 let your property down. The noise was quite worrying. A child was screaming, and the parents were shouting at the child. The noise screaming, shouting, and banging continued well after midnight. At one point, it was so bad that we seriously thought about calling the police. We thought you should know for the future.

Nice property with parking Positive: Good location, especially finding one with a parking spot right out front. Everything was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Even the neighbors were helpful letting us know when to take the bin out for pickup the next day! Negative: Started off a little iffy, as we were given the check-in instructions for the wrong property. Didn’t get the updated information until we were on our way there, so the owner wasn’t the most responsive. Also, we booked the property with accommodation of one queen bed and 2 twin beds, but didn’t get the 2 twin beds. So one person had to stay on the foldout futon downstairs. It was just for a night, so it was ok, but for multiple nights would have been a pain.

Comfortable and spacious base in Windsor Positive: The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom in particular was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms and living areas spacious. It is a little way out of Windsor (a 30 minute walk to the centre) - but we specifically wanted to stay in that area as we were there to visit friends for Christmas. There is a little shop right next door which has long opening hours, seven days a week (including Christmas day!), which was very handy for milk and bread etc. Negative: The shampoo, conditioner and body wash could have done with a refill, there was only one dishwasher tablet and no laundry detergent. It didn't matter for us as we had brought our own stuff and were only there a few days, but just a little area for improvement.
