Would recommend this property Positive: We had a lovely stay. The property is smart and sleek with a modern toilet and big shower. Kitchen with all appliances. Location is very good/central to legoland and town centre. Negative: Carpets in the bedrooms could do with a change

Completely unprofessional service and lack of communication, ignore messages completely don’t stay here at all Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything

Noisy neighbours Positive: The location is good and it was clean. Negative: I was told on the day that the property I was staying at had been damaged and this was a mixup. Luckily the cleaner had let us in. The evening was ruined by the very noisy neighbours banging and shouting for most of the night.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Positive: Do not book here. We were unable to access the property and the owner was very unresponsive. The lockbox code didn’t work and a neighbour came out and said this happens all the time. We tried contacting the owners to check the code. They eventually responded with a short response saying it was correct but it still would not work. They would not answer my calls so we had to find alternative accommodation and have not been able to get a refund. Absolutely appalling behaviour. Negative: Didn’t get to see inside as couldn’t get in. Owner did not respond and wouldn’t give a refund.
